Because of a manufacturing error, a recall was issued for all units of the model 2013 of all Utility VS2DX Dry Vans manufactured between May 16 and June 13, 2012. The brake system’s check valve present on these vans was improperly installed, and the issue caused a problematic delay in brake application. Utility has already alerted owners and provided complimentary repairs to the affected vehicles, so no further owner notices will be issued for this recall.
