Coconut Chocolate Chip Bars Recalled Over Undeclared Allergens

Clif Bar and Company has published a voluntary recall alert associated with a certain line of its popular health food products and protein bars.

The Coconut Chocolate Chip bars, sold in certain major retailers nationwide, do not have the main ingredient of Coconut listed in their nutrition facts label because they have been mislabeled during the packing process.

Coconut allergies can be fatal, and the Clif company has voluntarily pulled the product from the shelves.
