According to several news agencies, a cyclist was injured as a result of an accident that happened last Sunday evening.
The crash reportedly occurred at about 7 p.m. and it involved a cyclist and a vehicle. The collision occurred at the intersection of Alberts Avenue and Water Street in Bay Point and the causes behind the accident are not yet clear.
The cyclist was the only person who suffered injuries. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the accident and should be able to report more on the subject in the near future.
