According to a series of news articles, a distracted driver has recently gotten up to 7 years in prison after getting into an auto accident that caused a man to sustain a brain injury.
The motorist was driving last December 23rd 2012 at the same time he was reading a text message. According to the official accident report, that was when the accident occurred, right at the intersections of Routes 107 and 28. This terrible accident should serve as an alert to drivers who are always texting while behind the wheel.
