The California Highway Patrol has stated that DUI checkpoints will be set up on Saturday to stop vehicles throughout the Peninsula region and South Bay area.
According to the news, the several checkpoints are being placed to show drivers that drinking and driving is dangerous and deadly. The authorities hope to see less DUI-related crashes in the region because of this effort.
