Multiple news agencies have issued reports on an accident on Redwood Drive that unfortunately turned out to be fatal.
According to the reports, a woman from Fortuna was declared dead after her vehicle veered off Redwood Drive and collided against a power pole. Troopers who responded to the scene did not reveal the reasons behind her loss of control of the vehicle prior to the crash. According to the news, no other vehicles were involved.
Officers said that the victim was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the accident, however, her injuries were too severe and she did not survive the accident.
