Generators Recalled for Fire Hazard

Around 600 Poulan Pro Generators were recalled for potentially creating fire hazards. Husqvarna Professional Products Inc., of Charlotte, North Carolina distributed the faulty product which was manufactured in China and sold nationwide between July 2010 to September 2010 for $600-1000. The hazard arose when a gasoline leak surfaced, and four reported leaks were made. There have not been any reported injuries. The generators were gas-powered and designed for residential use. According to reports, the models included in the recall are PP4300, PP6600, PP6600E, and PP7600E, which are located on the front of the fuel tank. All generators are black and marigold colors, with two handles and wheels.
