A three-car accident on Highway 29 on Monday night resulted in the injury of two people. The accident happened south of St. Helena around 11:15pm. A 25-year-old from St. Helena was driving a 2000 BMW and suddenly rear-ended a 2001 Volkswagen Passat. The Passat then crashed into a Nissan pickup truck just south of Stice Lane. The California Highway Patrol said all three drivers were heading northbound on Highway 29. Two of the drivers were taken to Queen of the Valley Medical Center to treat pain, and their identities were not immediately known.
According to news reports, the 25-year-old was arrested around 2am Tuesday on suspicion of driving under the influence, which resulted in injuries and driving without a license. As a personal injury lawyer San Diego, my thoughts are with everyone involved in the crash and I hope those who were hurt heal quickly and fully from their injuries.
