Residents are urged to know the electronic usage laws in Idaho before they hit the road. What’s legal, texting, voice recognition, using your cell phone, GPS? What’s off limits or can give you a ticket? Texting is now a primary offense in the state and can get motorists a pretty hefty fine if they get caught, but questions still remain as to what constitutes a ticket for electronic use, and what it still OK to do while driving.
