According to news sources, a motorcyclist was seriously injured in an accident that took place Monday on Highway 29 when a limousine crashed into him.
The 46-year-old man from Napa was riding his 2003 Suzuki RS traveling northbound on Highway 29 near Howard Lane when the accident took place, the California Highway Patrol said.
The limousine driver, a 53-year-old man from Santa Rose, reportedly failed to yield to the motorcyclist, who had the right of way at the intersection where the accident took place, a CHP officer said.
The motorcyclist was seriously injured as a result of the collision and transported to an area hospital for treatment. He was reported to be in stable yet critical condition in the Queen of the Valley Medical Hospital.
There were no other injuries or collision reported in the accident.
