As a Roseville personal injury lawyer I’m glad that nobody was fatally wounded as a result of this accident. I urge drivers to never insist on driving if they feel they’re too sleepy to continue. If you feel you may be too tired to focus on the road ahead, pull over to a safe place to park your vehicle and take a nap or ask for a passenger to take the wheel. Do not jeopardize your safety by driving when you could fall asleep.
I’ve seen several similar accidents before that turned out to be fatal; don’t let it happen to you.
Keep it in mind that if or a loved one is ever injured as a result of an accident that has been caused by the inattention of another driver, you may want to contact a personal injury lawyer in your city to assess your case in a timely manner.
