Pedestrian accidents unfortunately can have tragic results and as a personal injury lawyer in San Diego I urge motorists to never leave the scene of an auto collision. Perpetrating a hit and run is a serious crime that can carry a long prison sentence, major fines, and also a revoked drivers license.
