Mexican Wrestling Action Figures Recalled Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard

Super Luchamania action figures manufactured by Lee carter Co. were found to have dangerous levels of lead and are now being recalled by its manufacturer.

In accordance with several news sources, customers who bought the figurines are advised to return the recalled items to Lee Carter Co. for a full refund. Parents should check their children’s toys for the recalled items that violate federal standards and keep them away from the children’s reach, as they run a risk of being contaminated because of the toys.

According to the company, there are over 7,000 packs of the toys that contain this high level of lead.

As an Oakland personal injury lawyer, I urge parents to act promptly when it comes to toy recalls since they can pose a serious risk to their children. Any personal injury lawyer can say this, consumer safety, especially when young children are involved, is our number one priority and that’s why we advise you to contact one of us If you or a loved one has ever been seriously injured by a defective product.
