On July 18th, 2012, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission decided to put out a recall on about 8,000 units of the 786X Little Jumpers Trampoline made by the company Alex.
The federal agency stated that the reason for the voluntary recall is because the blue and yellow handlebar located on the top of the toy could possible break while a child is using the recalled trampoline, which might lead to a hazardous fall. This recall has been extended and consumers are being urged to contact the manufacturer as soon as possible.
