New Mexico Residents Urge Lawmakers to Pass Cell Phone Ban

According to a series of articles, a family of a man who was killed by a driver who was reportedly distracted by a cell phone is seeking to push lawmakers to make it a crime for people to text while driving anywhere in the state of New Mexico.
