Cool Creations LLC fears certain products could pose health risks to their consumers.
According to the news, the company is recalling packages of products branded Cool Creations, LLC or Fiesta Garden Fresh Salsa because these products may contain onions that have been previously recalled over a Listeria contamination.
Because Listeria can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in frail consumers, the company along the Food and Drug Administration decided to issue this recall promptly.
