A high level San Francisco politician lost his life in a hit and run pedestrian accident while jogging. According to news reports, the 63-year-old Casper was hit by a pickup truck Sunday night in Forestville, a central Sonoma County community about 60 miles north of San Francisco. The driver of the pickup truck promptly fled the accident scene.
