Charges have been filed against a man who killed two people while driving while distracted, according to several news agencies.
The two people hit in this terrible and unfortunate crash were pedestrians. Some of the people who live near the deceased individuals believe that the charge, being only a maximum of 3 years jail time, is too light of a punishment for killing two innocent people.
