Everybody knows that texting while driving is not only dangerous, it can be the cause of deadly accidents, and that is what happened in a recent accident that was probably caused by a distracted driver. The crash unfortunately led to the deaths of two young boys.
Since the sentence given to the distracted driver in this case has been overturned by the judge, many believe the driver should have been sentenced more severely and argue that the judge was wrong.
