Some Say Texting & Driving Ban In WV Hasn’t Improved Safety

The state of West Virginia instituted a ban on using cellular devices, personal electronic equipment, and other distracting items while in control of a vehicle last June.

One month later, drivers are claiming that the new law has not changed their behavior in any way. According to several news agencies, this law appears to have no effect on distracted driving in the state.
