Stricter Safety Requirements Stipulated For Driver’s Education Programs

New legislation supported by the Governor of Chicago would put driver’s education programs under stricter safety regulations.

According to the news, currently in Chicago there are over 100 cars used in the state public school driver’s ed. program. The new laws, however, would increase the number of safety featured in the vehicles used in the program and would also address safety concerns such as low crash ratings and standards.

Improving the safety standards of the program’s cars will protect young drivers forced to use school vehicles.
