According to the news, the product is sold at several Toys R Us and Walmart stores. Consumers should contact Troxel to receive a free repair kit and stop using the product until it is fully repaired to prevent accidents from occurring. All models listed in the official recall announcement are recalled by the company and should no longer be used.
