According to news sources, a California Highway Patrol patrol car was on fire Sunday night on Highway 101 when the officer driving the vehicle crashed after losing control of the car. The incident took place north of Wolfback Ridge Road on Highway 101 when the officers vehicle began to slide to the right from the rear. Driver Hits Accident Responding CHP Officer
According to news sources, a man involved in a car accident Tuesday morning hit an accident responding California Highway Patrol motorcycle officer as he attempted to safely lead him from the accident site towards the exit.
