According to several news agencies, a nurse refused to perform CPR on a woman in a California retirement home, which turned into news nationwide. The reports indicate that a nurse contacted 911 to ask paramedics to come to the rescue of an 87-year-old after she collapsed. According to the news, she appeared to be barely breathing.
