According to news sources, a woman sustained fatal injuries and died in a single-vehicle collision on Hasley Canyon Road in Castaic after colliding with a power pole on the roadway. Two men died and two were suffered major injuries in a single-vehicle accident in Avila Beach early Friday morning, report media sources. Details regarding the fatal crash are scant.
