How to Drive Safely in Flood Conditions

In a press release, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) offered tips on how to safely operate your vehicle during flood conditions. According to NOAA, more fatalities are attributed to floodwaters than any other thunderstorm related hazard. Many of these deaths happen when cars and SUVs are swept away by the rushing water.
