Drowning Risks Increase During Fourth of July Holiday

According to recent researches released by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, 35 drowning incidents that were reported during the 4th of July holidays in the year of 2011 involved children younger than 15, which was an increase from the 2010’s 24 drowning incidents reported during the same period.
