A firm is providing testing that could potentially seriously reduce the amount of contaminated food ingested by consumers, according to reports. EMSL Analytical offers testing nationwide that detects the bacteria that causes food-borne illnesses. Food companies will be able to utilize testing to lower the amount of recalls they conduct due to suspected contamination.
