Fatal Car Accident In Yolo County
According to news sources, an accident on Highway 16 left two people hurt and one person dead after a tractor-trailer collided with a pickup truck on Highway 16. A swing set seat manufactured by Pacific Cycle Inc. is being recalled due to concerns over breakage causing potential falling hazards, according to news reports. Five different consumers reported seat breakage while using their Playsafe Dartmouth Swing Set.
