Los Angeles Ranks 12 on Worst Drivers List
In a recent report released by Allstate Insurance, Los Angeles ranked number 12 on the list of worst drivers, down one spot from 11th place last year. Allstate estimates the average period of time between collisions for a driver to be 6.6 years, compared to the national average of 10 years.
