Mazda has issued a recall of certain vehicles over a possible crash issue. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, all units of the 2001 through 2006 and 2008 Tribute vehicles are being recalled. The vehicle speed control cables present in the models mentioned previously could result in a stuck throttle when the accelerator pedal is fully or almost-fully depressed.
