Multiple news agencies have revealed that a reportedly unsafe lane change triggered a three-car accident on Highway 17 last Tuesday morning. According to the California Highway Patrol, a 2003 Mini Cooper and a 1999 Toyota Tacoma crashed as a result of an unsafe lane change.
