A Yucca Valley mother is under investigation after she allegedly left her 9-month-old baby in a car on a 90-degree day in Joshua Tree last week, report news sources. Pedestrian Struck, Injured by Car in Chino
A pedestrian suffered major head injuries Friday night when he was hit by a car in Chino, report news sources. According to a written statement issued by Chino city officials, at 11:21 p.m., the unidentified 65-year-old man, believed to be a transient, was struck by a green 2000 Infinity G20 along the 12700 block of Central Avenue, just south of Mount Vernon Street. Horse, Vehicle Collide Near San Bernardino
News sources report, authorities are looking into the collision of a motor vehicle and a horse that occurred west of San Bernardino on Wednesday evening. The collision, which was reported at 6:54 p.m., caused the rider to fall of the horse in the 2500 block of West Ogden Road near a railroad track that boarders Cajon Creek Wash. An ambulance was requested to report to the scene of the collision, and animal control was called to the scene as well. (read more)

15-Year-Old Fontana Boy Struck, Killed by Train
A 15-year-old boy was killed Thursday evening when he was struck by a train while riding his bicycle in Fontana, report news sources. Details about the accident are scant. According to San Bernardino County coroner’s officials, at 6:20 p.m. the Fontana youth was riding his bicycle northbound on Sierra Avenue south of Orange Way when the bicycle traveled on to railroad tracks and into the path of an eastbound Metrolink train.
