News outlets reported that a 21-year-old Novato man was arrested after allegedly causing a high-speed crash on Highway 101 in San Rafael Monday morning. According to the California Highway Patrol, the man was driving a 1995 Acura Integra northbound in the fast lane at speeds around 85mph as he approached the top of Cal Park Hill between Larkspur/Greenbrae and San Rafael around 10am when he lost control of the vehicle.
