Several news agencies across the United States have revealed that a beef recall was issued by Kenosha Beef and according to the articles the recall was due to a potential health risk. According the official recall statement, the company decided to recall 19 tons of frozen bacon-cheeseburger patties as soon as the U.S. Department of Agriculture found pieces of gasket material in random samples of these frozen patties.
