Multiple news articles have revealed that two people were injured as a result of an accident that happened last week.
According to the several news articles mentioning this crash, two people were injured as a result. The official accident memo issued by the California Highway Patrol has revealed that a woman was driving her Honda CRV on the northbound lanes of Auburn Folsom when she missed the Kind Road turn, pulled onto the shoulder of the road and tried to make a U-turn. Troopers who responded to the scene claim the woman failed to notice a vehicle that was traveling right behind her. Both vehicles collided, which prompted the second vehicle, a red Isuzu Rodeo to swerve. The Honda was clipped by the Rodeo and ended up overturning multiple times before it rested off the side of the road.
A passenger and the driver in the Isuzu vehicle were transported to the hospital sustaining moderate to serious injuries.
The California Highway Patrol was called to the scene to find three witnesses attempting to help the victims. According to the authorities, the driver and the passenger who was sitting in the back seat did not have their seatbelts on at the time of the accident.
At this moment, the authorities are investigating this accident and should have more details regarding this crash before long. I hope both victims injured in this accident are recovering quickly from their wounds.
