We have an update to the story we reported on our los angles personal injury lawyer website. It has been determined that the young women in the SUV involved in the tragic bus accident that happened in Fresno were killed on impact with the bus.
As many people have seen on TV and from various news sources there was a tragic bus accident on Thursday morning involving an overturned SUV in the road and an almost full capacity greyhound bus. California Highway Patrol has reported the three young women in the SUV that were in the road were killed by the impact of the auto crash with the bus.
Officers at the scene did not know if the young women had died from the roll over or the accident with the bus. The 19 year old female driver had made an abrupt left turn across two lanes and hit the center divider on Highway 99 which flipped the SUV over. The bus coming from the same direction apparently did not have enough time to stop and crashed into the SUV and then careened down an embankment. A total of 6 people died from the accident.
Toxicology tests are still pending but driving records show that the female teen had a clean driving record.
